Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your account in the Mission Critical app, published by Mission Critical OU. Deletion is immediate and free.

Delete in the app

Open Mission Critical and go to Settings.
In the Your email panel, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Delete by email

No longer have the app installed? Email privacy@missioncriticalapp.com from the address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted, and we will do it promptly and confirm.

What is deleted

Your email address and sign-in.
Your preferences, including email delivery and marketing choices.
Your device's push notification registration, if you also uninstall the app or disable alerts.

What is kept

Pseudonymous usage analytics, which are not linked to your name or email and cannot identify you.
Records we are legally required to keep, if any, for no longer than the law requires.

There is no additional retention period: account data is removed at the time of deletion.
